Office Assistant/Receptionist
  
Job Responsibilities
This position supports the Office Manager, secretarial team, and other administrative departments.  Primary job duties will include reception/switchboard coverage, greeting visitors, mail distribution, data entry, filing, photocopying, restocking office supplies, scheduling, meeting support, document support, and other clerical responsibilities as requested.
Professional Requirements
Basic job requirements include a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years’ relevant work experience; an Associate's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited two-year college or administrative/business school is preferred. Individual must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software as well as familiar with e-mail and Internet applications. Knowledge and/or familiarity with general office equipment and administrative procedures is also essential. Additional skills required include: professional and articulate communication skills (verbal and written); ability to coordinate/organize time and duties with others; strong attention to detail.
