Electronics Engineering Technician
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with R&D project team members to develop hardware prototypes from the ground up. Build prototypes using PCB and SMT technologies, set up and perform experiments, and transition R&D electronics to real-world applications. As an Engineering R&D consulting company, Creare has a broad spectrum of challenging projects to develop cutting edge electronic devices and equipment for biomedical, energy, advanced battery, high voltage, military, and space applications.
Professional Requirements
You must have a solid working knowledge of electronics, be familiar with analog, digital, power, or instrumentation, and be an energetic team player and be able to multi-task. An Associate's degree and two years’ experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education) is preferred.
Creare offers a competitive compensation package, including but not limited to a substantial annual staff bonus, industry-leading 401(k) contributions and plan options, a range of medical plans, and the potential for signing or startup bonuses. Starting salary range of $25 - $35 per hour, based on level of education completed and years of relevant work experience.
