Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking Operations Analyst specializing in design, define, develop, test, and debug software for secure communications networks and interface with a highly mission specific team working within a DevOps framework to build and manage software and hardware systems in a classified environment to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in engineering discipline, physics or mathematics required 

Clearance: Active TS/SCI 

Work Location: Full time onsite at Arlington VA headquarters, DARPA.

Experience:

Ten (10) years of experience in operations research which includes assisting in the coordination and management of large organizations that require the effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people by applying analytical methods from mathematics, science and engineering 

Demonstrate skill in gathering information and applying techniques involving the construction of mathematical models that attempt to describe the system being studied 

Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgement in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative and program
management 

Will act as a principal lead on analytical, consulting, or assessment processes in support of technical, business, and administrative goals of the program and directs a technical team in performance of complex tasks 

Experience in organizing small meetings and tracking technical and financial milestones. 

Ten (10) years of experience working in an R&D environment is highly desirable
