Strategic Analysis is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst III to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables.
In addition to working well in a team environment, candidate will incorporate the following:

In this role, the Financial Analyst will provide support for R&D program planning, budget building, acquisition support, and financial execution of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funding. This support will aid the PPE team, Technical Offices, and Pods in the programmatic and financial aspects of new and existing programs, projects, and acquisitions.

Requirements:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience in a financial analyst role. Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative and program management.

Experience in tracking technical and financial milestones. Requires knowledge/competence in web-based research as well as analysis using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools.

Experience in budget formulation, planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE). DoD experience highly desirable. DARPA experience highly desirable.

Clearance: Minimum DoD Secret but prefer Top Secret/SCI
