Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled HR Support Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency
for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of
high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Coordinate onboarding processes for ARPA_H
2. Provide administrative support for HR workloads: USA staffing review, data entry, develop excel files, etc.
3. Provide onboarding support for one or more ARPA-H offices

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3 to 5 years in HR required (Familiarity with NIH/HHS systems a plus)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service skills
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree
CLEARANCE: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years in HR
