Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Travel Voucher Specialist
to support the Advanced Research Projects
Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the
development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Support agency wide travel efforts by submitting travel vouchers using the Concur Travel System.
2. Reach out to travelers’ upon return to collect relevant documentation (i.e. voucher submission form & receipts) in an expedient
manner.
3. Respond to travel voucher inquiries and provide federal travel policy guidance when applicable.
4. Communicate with Travel Ambassadors to stay aware of all future travel.
5. Track and manage voucher assignments and provide updates to the Director, Division of Mission and Administrative Resources and
Support (MARS) on a weekly basis.
6. Participate and Engage in MARS travel meetings and MARS All-Hands meetings.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3 to 5 years of experience in travel planning and preparation within the federal government.
Prior experience entering travel using the Concur Travel System and knowledge of HHS federal travel regulations is a major plus.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities, and a heavy
volume of travel. Must possess great critical thinking and communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree
CLEARANCE: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of government travel support
