Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Travel Reviewer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for
Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of
high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Support agency wide travel efforts by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers for accuracy in the Concur Travel System.
2. Support the Administrative Officers by serving as the 1st point of contact for travel related questions from the Travel Ambassadors
and customers.
3. Communicate with Travel Ambassadors to stay aware of all future travel and follow-up to ensure travel authorizations and vouchers
are being submitted in a timely fashion.
4. Track and manage work assignments and provide status updates to the Director, Division of Mission and Administrative Resources
and Support (MARS) on a weekly basis.
5. Participate and Engage in MARS travel meetings and MARS All-Hands meetings.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3 to 5 years of extensive experience in travel planning and preparation of domestic, foreign, and sponsored travel within the federal
government and providing federal travel policy guidance.
Prior experience entering travel using the Concur Travel System and knowledge of HHS federal travel regulations is a major plus.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities, and a heavy
volume of travel.
Must possess great critical thinking and communication skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree
CLEARANCE: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of government travel support
