Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Senior GEOINT Intelligence Analyst to provide quantitative analyses and technical support for a DoD/OSD R&D program. 

As a Senior SIGINT Intelligence Analyst, you will:
• Function as a member of a coordinated support team in grasping complex concepts and technologies, applying critical and innovative thinking, communicating effectively, and working seamlessly across the breadth of functional areas.
• Assist in conducting quantitative analyses of system/mission requirements as they pertain to the potential insertion of advanced technologies in support of the program.
• Provide technical support in the areas of defining test objectives and procedures, theoretical calculation and analysis related to performer progress, modeling objectives and techniques, and coordination of modeling and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance:  TS/SCI required.

Education:  BS in scientific or technological discipline required; MS in scientific or technological discipline preferred.

Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 15 years of experience providing unique Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) engineering support and technical assistance in the SIGINT disciplines of access, collection, analysis / diagnosis, and exploitation.
• Demonstrated significant competencies and achievements in access, collection, analysis / diagnosis, and exploitation.
• Experience analyzing signals and protocols for cyber related technologies.
• Experience defining analytic approaches and strategies to modernize cyber defense and SIGINT related mission.
• Experience evaluating collateral data in combination with systems of interest and associated systems to provide actionable intelligence and context needed to integrate new capabilities and functionality into the SIGINT analytic architecture. Experience defining signal processing algorithms and related criteria to be configured in tools and mission systems.
• Experience evaluating the effectiveness of new tools on mission data; developing and update scripts to run analytic algorithms, querying / manipulating mission systems or manipulating data; providing mentoring on systems and mission processes to customers and fellow team members; providing cyber discovery engineering support primarily in the field of signature development for Agency standard identification and selection engines.
