Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Digital Forensics Senior Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Chief Information Security Officer. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems.  In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Support the ARPA-H Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) team with leading and conducting digital forensics investigations into systems, devices, and other agency assets. 
2. Serve as an advisor to the ARPA-H CISO on developing and maturing the agency's digital forensics program - Leading and conducting digital forensics investigations into suspected and/or confirmed cybersecurity incidents affecting the agency's systems, devices, and other assets
3. Produce  and deliver analysis reports to the ARPA-H CISO and other agency leadership based on the outcomes of digital forensics investigations.

Requirements: 

• EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree; 
• CERTIFICATION: GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GFCA) or GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GFCE) preferred, but not required
• CLEARANCE:   HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
• EXPERIENCE:  7-10 years of cybersecurity experience with 5 years of digital forensics analysis.
