Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Acquisition Services Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (IDTI). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems.  In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. 

The Acquisition Services Specialist will:

1. Support pre-award activities by supporting the requirements owner and the post-award activities supporting the COR including maintaining contract files. 
2. Assist the Government with preparing acquisition packages and various acquisition support documents such as: SOWs, RFPs, RFQs, IGCEs, Brand Name Justifications, and RFIs.
3. Assist the Government with documenting the acquisition management processes and offer advice for continuous improvement and advise on compliance with acquisition regulations (FAR, HHSAR, OMB Mandates, Sections 504 and 508).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:  
1. Minimum of 5 years in federal acquisition
2. Experience with IT contracting preferred
3. COR III preferred
4. Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and best practices.

EDUCATION:  Minimum Bachelor's degree required

CLEARANCE:   Ability to obtain Public Trust
