Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Program Analyst
to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) PATIO activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
Responsibilities:
1. As a part of the PATIO Front Office, you will play a key role in developing relationships with the mission offices, identifying collaborations, and bringing ideas to the Project Accelerator Transition Innovation Office (PATIO) leadership for implementation.
2. Support to the PATIO Front Office with managerial, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and fiscal skill sets will be instrumental in building processes, policies, and infrastructure.
3. Support to the PATIO Front Office with managerial, leadership, communication, and problem-solving will be instrumental in building processes, policies, and infrastructure.
4. Other duties as assigned to assist PATIO leadership in scientific, business, and organizational management.
Experience:
A successful SETA will incorporate the following skills and experiences:
1. 10-15 years of ARPA type agency support
6. Previous experience with basic and applied research and prior support to Program Managers in an R&D environment, is preferred. 7. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work outside standard business hours to meet deadlines. Professional curiosity, continuous drive for learning, and the ability to focus on assigned tasks are critical attributes of the ideal candidate.

Bachelors Degree
Clearance
HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
Experience
A minimum of 5+ years working with senior leadership in a professional environment.
