Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Financial Analyst
to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems. In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones.
Roles and responsibilities:
Provide support in budget planning and execution to assist with strategy implementation
Respond to budget data calls for ARPA-H Program Support Offices
Develop tools to manage program support office finances.
Experience required:
Knowledge of federal financial regulations required.
Experience with federal financial regulations and the budgeting process highly preferred.
Qualification Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance
, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
Clearance
HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
Experience
8 or more years of Budget and Financial experience
