Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Action Officer
to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. ARPA-H requires an Action Officer for the Department of Public and Private Partnerships, to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities.
Specific Duties Required:
Provide administrative support for scheduling, drafting meeting reports and assistance with presentation development.
Serve as Lead Advisor on the DPPP Strategic Plan.
Lead the execution of the DPPP Strategic Plan, supporting the director and in coordination with other ARPA H offices.
Draft reports, presentations.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience/Expertise Required:
Deep experience with public policy and legislation and healthcare at the federal level from the private sector and advocacy organizations.
Experience in scheduling and administrative support in federal agencies or in corporate settings.
Experience managing, management/tracking tools, and building dashboards and drafting reports.
Must be detailed, diplomatic, with excellent communication and writing skills, and flexible to juggle various projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, excel, and other related presentation and tracking software tools preferred.
Education: BA/BS required
Clearance: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
Experience: 8 Years of Client Focused Experience
