Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Intermediate Advisor for Customer Delivery to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.  

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Lead strategic advisor to Head of Customer Delivery which encompasses enterprise software development, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams. 
2. Provides technical expertise and support to the CIO. 

Qualifications: 

1. Experience delivery technology solutions with in the federal government required.  
2. Experience with: MSFT, AWS and Google cloud platforms, Atlassian suite, workplace modernization in the federal government, Palantir, SDLC, DevOps, solution architecture, web application development, Agile methodologies, and Product management preferred. 
3. Experience delivery technology solutions with in the federal government required.  xperience with: MSFT, AWS and Google cloud platforms, Atlassian suite, workplace modernization in the federal government, Palantir, SDLC, DevOps, solution architecture, web application development, Agile methodologies, and Product management preferred
4. Prior ARPA experience (DARPA, IARPA, ARPA-E) experience prefered 
5. Fifteen years or more of experience.

   Bachelors Degree
