Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Sr. Advisor for Cybersecurity Policy and Training
to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
Responsibilities:
1. Leverage expert-level knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements (e.g., laws, Executive Orders, OMB Memoranda, CISA Directives, HHS policies) to draft, coordinate, and maintain policies to secure and defend ARPA-H’s systems and data Lead efforts to develop, operate, and maintain an ARPA-H cybersecurity training program, including materials for annual and role-based training requirements.
2. Develop phishing exercises and develop and disseminate communications on cybersecurity best practices and guidance.
Qualifications:
1. At least five years of cybersecurity experience supporting Federal Civilian Executive Branch Departments or Agencies Experience.
2. Experience developing cybersecurity policies for Federal Civilian Executive Branch Departments or Agencies.
3. Experience with developing and/or enhancing cybersecurity training materials for Federal Civilian Executive Branch Departments or Agencies.
4. CISSP is ideal/preferred but not required.
