Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is actively seeking an Intermediate Technical Writer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).  

This candidate will help build transition milestones and transition programs, as well as communicate key considerations in the marketplace as they relate to program development. This candidate will also advise leadership on overall strategy as it applies broadly to programs.  Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive the implementation of best practices to understand customer needs, determine product strategies, produce product roadmaps, and drive product execution including identification of personas, requirements, epics, user stories, and tasks

Role/Responsibilities:
1. Develop communications and content/editorial plans and offer strategic recommendations for improved content and delivery of agency information
2. Draft all forms of content (scientific writing, web content, blog posts, press releases, backgrounders, talking points, slides, eblast/newsletter copy, memos, and reports for intended audiences)
3. Monitor content performance and work to improve performance and reach.

Qualification Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of science/health care writing experience.
2. Position will primarily write content for our website and long-form content for social media (e.g, LinkedIn).

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Clearance: Ability to obtain HHS Public Trust
