Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is actively seeking a Program Management Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).  

This candidate will help build transition milestones and transition programs, as well as communicate key considerations in the marketplace as they relate to program development. This candidate will also advise leadership on overall strategy as it applies broadly to programs.  Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive the implementation of best practices to understand customer needs, determine product strategies, produce product roadmaps, and drive product execution including identification of personas, requirements, epics, user stories, and tasks

Role/Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of research programs, coordinating and ensuring efficiency across projects and programs. 
2. Support other SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) teams to ensure successful and effective management of diverse programs and projects.
3. Provide clear, strategic, and impactful briefings to effectively communicate program status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders in collaboration with the Program Manager (PM) and SETA team.
4. Oversee adherence to project timelines, monitor progress and deliverables, and identify and address any challenges.
5. Foster strong team communication through regular meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance program operations and success, collaborating across ARPA-H to leverage resources for improved program outcomes.
7. Provide technical support in developing new research programs, operational processes, and strategies to optimize program outcomes.
8. Collaborate with a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and clinicians to drive multidisciplinary research, monitor and evaluate project progress, and support improvements to advance the real-world impact of health science efforts.

 Experience Requirements:
1. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, including briefing support and general administration.
2. Strong technical writing skills with an ability to prepare effective documentation including presentation slides.
3. Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and manage changing priorities effectively.
4. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
5. 4+ years of experience in project management, research management, or related fields.

Additional Preferred Experience:
1. Government experience with R&D funding.
2. Project management certification.
3. Experience in mixed-methods quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination.
4. Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research programs.
5. Prior experience in supporting leadership. 
6. Experience supporting human subjects research and animal research, including regulatory management and oversight.
