POSITION SUMMARY:
WC Smith has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Resident Services Coordinator at our award-winning property The Collective, consisting of Park Chelsea, Agora and The Garrett. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming presence to residents and guests, walking the property on a regular schedule and providing break relief to the concierge staff.

This is a full-time role, around 40 hours per week. The hours are:
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Opens and sets up the office, including coffee station, closed down the office at the end of the day.
Serve as the first point of contact for the property; greeting all new customers, residents, and guests.
Ensure all guests/customers are assisted, properly checked in, and directed to the appropriate person or location.
Answer property phone lines and deliver messages to the appropriate recipient.
Receive and distribute office mail and sign for deliveries. 
Assist team members with administrative or office needs such as assembling move-in packets and lease packets, ordering refreshment and office supplies, etc.
Ensure property tour and new move-in schedules are updated and communicated to the appropriate people.
Manage administrative requests from residents and new move-ins.
Record resident service requests and ensure follow up is completed within 24 hours.
Able to assist residents with community information and services as well as information regarding the surrounding neighborhood
Provide assistance with maintaining schedules for amenity areas or scheduling any other property events.
Help ensure excellent curb appeal and continued upkeep and maintenance of common areas and office space for cleanliness.
Advise Assistant Community Manager or appropriate team member of conditions in the community affecting the resident’s safety, reporting any residential dissatisfaction.
Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Community Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years' experience working at a Class A residential property, in an admin, front desk or concierge role, or 3-4 years' experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position. 
Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred. 
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience reading and understanding ledgers is preferred. 
Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.
Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel software), as well as a property management software. Yardi experience is a plus.
